BOOKING AND PAYMENT

 

A 50% retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your session is not considered booked until the retainer has been received.
 

The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your session prior to shooting.

For sessions booked within 7 days of the shoot date, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Your retainer is applied toward the total cost of your session and is subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms below.

Additional shooting time, additional retouched images, and other add-ons requested on or after the session will be invoiced separately.​​

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

7+ DAYS BEFORE YOUR SESSION

100% of your deposit may be transferred to a future shoot.

​

2-7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SESSION

50% of your deposit may be transferred to a future shoot. The remaining 50% is forfeited.

​

24-48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Your deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another session.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SESSION

The full session fee is due and non-transferable.

RESCHEDULING

Any credit issued under the policy above may be applied to one rescheduled session and must be used within 90 days of the original session date.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time and the full session fee will apply.

If availability allows, additional shooting time may be purchased at the current extension rate.

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without communication may be treated as a cancellation.

NO-SHOWS

No-shows are treated as cancellations made within 24 hours and are responsible for the full session fee.

ILLNESS AND EMERGENCIES

I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Rescheduling due to illness or an unforeseen emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 

WEATHER

For outdoor sessions, I will make the final determination if weather conditions make shooting impractical or unsafe. If a session must be postponed due to weather, your payment will transfer to the rescheduled date at no additional charge.

PHOTOGRAPHER CANCELLATIONS

In the unlikely event that I am unable to photograph your session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, you may choose to reschedule and transfer all payments to the new date or receive a refund of payments made.

 

BY BOOKING

Payment of your retainer constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.
